Svayambhū-purāṇa

The Svayambhū-purāṇa exists in several versions of varying lengths. The present text, composed in ten chapters, represents the longer version known as the Vṛhat (great) version. It is a poetic work that narrates the manifestation of Lord Svayambhū, or the Ādi Buddha, in Nepal. The text describes sacred sites in Nepal (similar to the māhātmya chapters in Hindu Purāṇas), the origin of Svayambhū, stories of various Bodhisattvas and Buddhas, accounts of Dharma-Śrīmitra, various prophecies concerning Nepal, and many other topics. It is composed in the Anuṣṭubh metre, as are most Purāṇas (Mitra, 1882, p. 249). The text begins with a chapter titled Svayambhūdharmadhātu-samutpattinidānakathā (f.1b–10b), and concludes with the chapter Dharmadhātusvayambhūtpattimāhātmya-subhāṣitasūtra (f.88b–97a&b). The original work dates back to the 16th century. "Many parts at the beginning are damaged." (Matsunami, 1965, p.176)
Abhrachāyā

Abhrachāyā is a work on astronomy, with mathematical calculations on the alignment of planets according to their longitudinal axes using celestial indicators like rāśi. Maṇgalagrah (Mars) is also known as Bhauma son of Bhūmi. It is believed that Maṇgala is the son of Earth. This Ms. written in 8-9 lines per folio each numbered and with double pūrna virāma (full stop) on either side. The title, 'Abhrachāyā' is taken from the incipit (f. 1A)). Advaitadīpikāvivaraṇa

Advaitasiddhi

Advaitasiddhi is a foundational text on Advaita(non-dualistic) Vedānta school of Hindu philosophy which defends Advaita's non-dualistic position against Dvaita Vedānta's dualistic position. Advaita belives that Brahman is the ultimate reality and it is one and indivisible. The text was composed as a direct response to Vyāsatīrtha's work Nyāyāmṛta. Advaitasiddhi refutes the claims of dualism using a complex principles of Nyāya an Indian system of Logic which is also a school of Hindu philosophy. This Ms. lacks an ending. This Ms. is wriiten in 8 lines per folio. Title present in opening verses (f. 1B). Advaita is written on the cover page. There are double black vertical margin lines on each side of the folio. The text is written like a guide to introduce complex Vedānta concepts for beginers. This Ms. is written in 14-15 lines per folio. Cover and back page contain title. Agnisthāpanavidhi is a priest manual for construction and installation of fires to be used for various Vedic rituals from deciding the location of fire to starting it. This Ms. is incomplete as it lacks a begining. This ms. is written in 11-13 lines per folio. Back page is blank. Title is present in colophon (f. 17A). There are double black vertical margins on each side of the folio. Mistakes are covered with yellow or blacked out. Some corrections in the margins. The Ms. dated 1782 Śaka Saṃvata (1860 CE, Wednesday, 16 May, )1912 Vikram Saṃvata (1855 CE) in (f.17B) along with scribe Viṣnudatta Dvijavara Lohan. There is a minor text of five lines written by a second hand at the end of the manuscript called Yajñāntagodāna.
Agniṣṭoma brāhmaṇācchaṃsī prayoga

Agniṣṭoma brāhmaṇācchaṃsī prayoga is a manual for performing Vedic Agniṣṭoma ritual which involves offering of soma to various deities. This text is particularly for a Brāhmaṇācchaṃsin priest who is an assistant to the Hotṛ priest as they are multiple priests involved during the ritual. Agniṣṭoma is considered as a foundation for other soma rituals. The ritual is performed for spiritual and material well-being. This Ms. is written in 11-13 lines per folio. Agniṣṭomādisaptasaṁsthā

Agniṣṭomādisaptasaṁsthā is a manual for performing Agniṣṭoma sacrifice along with other Vedic rituals a total of seven as the title suggests to be offered to the Vedic deities. Agniṣṭoma is the foundational ritual followed by Atyagniṣṭomā, Ukthya, Ṣoḍaśī, Atirātra, Vājapeya and Aptoryama which specifically structured variations. They are considered to be part of larger category of Śrauta fire rituals. This Ms. is written in 7 lines per folio. Cover page contains title in red which has faded. There are marginal additions and corrections. There are metrical accents present in red. The double Pūrna Virāma (full stop) style vertical brackets are also in red. Some folios have turned yellow.
