Mantramuktāvalī

Dayā śatakam

A Vaiṣṇava stotra in 108 verses to the deity Śrīnivāsa of Tirupati, composed by Vedāntadeśika. Also known as Veṅkaṭanātha, he was born to Ananta Sūri and Totārāmbā in ūppul near Kāñcī in 1268.

Rāmajānakīyugalastotra

Praśnottararatnamālikā

A Vedānta text composed by Śaṃkaracārya, son of Śivaguru, pupil of Govindācārya, who was a student of Gauḍapāda. The text composed in question-and-answer mode. It is also known as Praśnottararatnamālā.




Viṣṇupadīstuti

A stotra text, saluting Goddess Gaṅgā, also known as Gaṅgātaraṅgāvalī with different names. Though the name of the author is not clear, Folio 4a says it was composed by ‘Śarman, called Bhāgavat’.




Bhāṣāpariccheda

A text on nyāya doctrine by Viśvanātha Nyāyapañcānana Bhaṭṭācārya (1637), a Navyanyāya writer from Bengal. He was the son of Vidyānivāsa. The text has 168 verses (the last incomplete) and discusses the seven categories of padārtha upto abhāva (non-existence) and the four categories of anubhuti (apprehension) up to śabda.




Ekākṣarakośa

A text on lexicography, that identifies itself as a kośa. It explains various words and their synonyms, starting with svara and vyañjana. It has words from a to kṣa. The author is probably Puruṣottamadeva who is identified as such in other manuscripts, and in NCC.




Paribhāṣāsūtrapāṭha and Pāṇinīyaśikṣā

The first work contains the bare text of 132 Paribhāṣās (technical terms in Pāṇinī), the second is on Sanskrit grammar.




Saumyajāmātṛmunidinacaryā

A stotra text by Devarāja, disciple of Varadaguru or Varadarāja (NCC). Also called Pūrvadinacaryā or Varavaramunidinacaryā, it describes the daily routine of Maṇavālamāmuni, founder of Tenkalai Śrīvaiṣṇva sect.




Uḍḍiśatantra

A text on tantra, ascribed to Rāvaṇa, adversary of Rāma. The abbreviation ‘Uḍḍisa’ appears on the upper right of every verso. The text is incomplete and ends with aṇapatiprayoga.
