Bhīmasenadhāraṇī

This is a dhāraṇī composed in 35 verses dedicated to Bhima, second of the five Paṇḍava brothers, who vowed to kill Duśśāsana, a key antagonist in the Mahābhārata. "Bhīmasena is worshipped in Nepal as a form of Bhairava. Referred to as ‘Bhīmsen’, he is especially popular among the Newar business/trading community, which worships his images on small altars in shops as the God of commerce and prosperity. The Mahā-bhīmasena-dhāraṇī describes the simple iconographic form commonly seen in roadside shrines in Nepal, on tympana of temples or on or to the side of doors, when Bhīmasena serves as guardian or doorkeeper of Śiva temples." Āryya-amoghapāśa-hṛdaya-mahāyānasūtra

It appears that the manuscript is part of a larger work and contains several Buddhist texts. The recto side of the first folio contains a colophon of the Pratisarāstuti of the Bhadrakalpāvadāna (f.126a), while the verso side contains text from the Amoghapāśahṛdaya Mahāyānasūtra (f.126b-146a). The Amoghapāśahṛdaya belongs to the Mahāyāna hṛdaya-sūtra class and is dedicated to the deity Amoghapāśa, a form of the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara. It recounts stories of Amoghapāśa and explains how he rescued people during times of struggle and hardship.
Ekajaṭādhāraṇī and Ekajaṭābhaṭṭārikāstava

It appears that the manuscript is part of a larger work and contains several Buddhist texts. The first folio begins with number 115. The composite manuscript contains two texts dedicated to the Buddhist goddess Ekajaṭā. The first text is the Ekajaṭādhāraṇī (f. 115b–123a), and the second is the Ekajaṭābhaṭṭārikāstava (f. 123b–125a), composed of eight verses. It is believed that chanting her mantra frees one from all obstacles and brings good fortune. According to the Sādhanamālā, Ekajaṭā is a form of Blue Tārā.
Svalpākṣara-bhagavatī-prajñāpāramitā-śatanāma-dhāraṇī

It appears that the manuscript is part of a larger work and contains several Buddhist texts. The recto side of the first folio contains a colophon of the Mañjuśrī-jñānasattva-paramārtha-saṃgīti (f. 25a), while the verso side contains text from the Svalpākṣara-bhagavatī-prajñāpāramitā-śatanāma-dhāraṇī (f. 25b–31b). Striking similarities can be observed between this manuscript and manuscript no. EAP 790/15/004. Both manuscripts have thick red margins surrounding the text and exhibit the same handwriting. It is therefore possible that both belong to the same larger manuscript. The text describes how the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara uttered the names of Prajñāpāramitā and explains the benefits of chanting her name.
Ṣaḍpāramitā-hṛdaya-dhāraṇī; Cunda-dhāraṇī and Cundabhaṭṭārikā-rakṣāmantra

This is a composite manuscript containing three short Buddhist texts, two dhāraṇī texts and one mantra text. The manuscript appears to be part of a larger work and includes several Buddhist texts. The first text is the Ṣaḍpāramitā-hṛdaya-dhāraṇī (ff. 85b–87a), the second is the Cunda-dhāraṇī (f. 87b), and the third is the Cundabhaṭṭārikā-rakṣāmantra (ff. 87a–89a). Striking similarities can be observed between this manuscript and manuscript no. EAP 790/15/005. Both manuscripts have thick green margins surrounding the text and exhibit the same handwriting. It is therefore possible that they belong to the same larger manuscript.
Unidentified Dhāraṇī

This is a Buddhist text which, based on its context, appears to be a dhāraṇī text. Because the manuscript is missing folios, the colophon is also missing; therefore, the title of the text cannot be identified. Striking similarities can be observed between this manuscript and manuscript nos. EAP 790/15/005 and EAP 790/15/007. All three manuscripts have thick green margins surrounding the text and exhibit the same handwriting. It is therefore possible that they belong to the same larger manuscript.
Uṣṇīṣavijayanāmadhāraṇī

This text contains mystical mantras bearing the name of Uṣṇiṣavijayā. These mantras were passed from Buddha Amitāyus to Avalokiteśvara. It is believed that these mantras are effective in curing diseases and promoting long life (Mitra, 1985, p. 267). The manuscript is written on black paper. It appears to be old, and some of the folios are damaged, making several lines illegible.
Śākyasiṃha-stotra

This is a Buddhist stotra text praising Śākyasiṃha, composed in five verses. The colophon states that the stotra is extracted from the Svayambhūpurāṇa and attributes its composition to Caudā, a bhikṣunī (female monk).
Yogāmbaratantra-yogamantradhyāna
